Breakfast for dinner is awesome! Especially when it’s accompanied by good conversation and the company of fellow bibliophiles. This month, the inaugural meeting of IFPL’s Cookbook Club had both.
Our focus this month was The Prairie Homestead Cookbook by Jill Winger, with Breakfast for Supper as the theme.
We baked this dish in the toaster oven, and cooked the gravy below on the induction stovetop at the library.
Next month, we’re using Canal House’s Cook Something cookbook and the theme is Soup. Won’t you join us Tuesday, February 11th at 6:00 pm?
